It is a well established event in the field of micro machining technology using thin-film technologies for creating micro components, micro sensors, micro actuators, and micro systems. It provides an informal atmosphere for discussion and debate on the latest developments. The aim is to promote research in, and the application of micro system technologies in Europe.
